Vehicle Parking in Residential Districts Ordinance

Sec. 74-173. - Vehicle parking in residential districts.

No person shall park or cause to be parked on any street within a residential district step vans, box vans, and any motor vehicle whose weight exceeds the bureau of motor vehicle truck registration license standard of 7,000 pounds except as necessary for delivery/pick-up and other services rendered to a residence. Those vehicles meeting the said bureau of motor vehicles license standard up to 11,000 pounds may be parked off-street in residential districts only when garaged and/or behind the front set back line on interior lots, and both front and street side yard set back lines on corner lots.
